February 2017 - PenguinData strives to provide our customers with a user friendly product. A newer feature to our product is the Corporate Dashboard, which provides the opportunity to build interactive reports and dashboards using JasperSoft. September 2015 - PenguinData continues to grow, and this year has diversified our client base by expanding into the Multiple Service Operator (MSO) market with several key launches that have already occurred YTD with more on the way. April 2014 - Next month PenguinData will be launching our long anticipated Store-Forward Android Application for mobile work order entry. September 2014 - Support Requests come in for a wide variety of reasons, from how a function in PenguinData works, to Feature Requests. Upon receipt of a Support Request, a ticket number is assigned. The ticket number is then attached to an auto response that is sent back to the person making the request. READ MORE >>

July 2013 - A trend has started to emerge in the field of Home Security Products, and that trend is the MSO's are finally starting to gain some significant market share due to heavy advertsing and the ability to deliver affordable online in home camera(s) viewing from basically anywhere in the world. The MSO’s intentions are to attack this new line of revenue, and they have invested heavily towards this goal over the past three years. READ MORE >>

December 2013 - Over the last three months I have been out on location with several different customers doing a variety of consulting work with their firms. To my surprise, when diving into issues and high concern areas and asking them "Are you using this feature or that feature that was released a while ago?" the answer was always "No". August 2012 - In the last few months, PenguinData Workforce Management has been taking a variety of phone calls from business owners that are having Department Of Labor issues or being brought into class action law suits against their company. February 2012 - As PenguinData Workforce Management closed up its books for 2011, and the final reports for the year were coming in, we examined our statistics regarding our current client base. One of the most revealing statistics was that as a whole, our entire client base grew 27% percent across the board. Throughout the year of 2012 we have had a few clients' owners and upper management reach out to us saying PenguinData Workforce Management is not saving them money. Then I would get involved and start pulling usage reports for each of their offices and they all had something in common - their usage in PenguinData was under 20% throughout all of Pen-guinData's modules.
